So what are mudras?
Mudras are mainly gestures formed with the hands for physical, mental and spiritual healing. Once the fingertips and/or hands are connected, prana, otherwise known as chi is redirected back into the body thus creating a circuit. With each cycle the chi energy builds upon itself eventually eradicating all ailments in its path and raising the vibrational frequency of the body. Without chi no-one and no-thing would exist. It is well known to many who study spiritual practices as universal life force energy. In the Star Wars films it is referred to as the Force.
Each mudra is designed to target specific ailments or manifest particular desires. Patience is a virtue when it comes to mudras, because if you have never used them before, then your body has to get used to re-channeling the energy. However once you get into regular practice, you start to feel the benefits of these wonderful mudras! Patience will no longer be a problem (if it ever was), but you may have a problem releasing these mudras because they feel so good! Please use discipline though, you don’t want to over do it.
If you are using mudras to cure an illness then you should cease self treatment once you are cured.
