Back pain is acquired in many different ways, such as lifting a heavy item incorrectly, sports injuries, obesity etc. However, in this Computer Age many of us spend far too many hours sat at our desks, staring at computer screens. What we tend to forget (or not even realize in the first place) is how much damage is done to our backs, especially the lower back.
